We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Roskilde, Denmark. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals and ensuring the successful execution of projects and tasks assigned to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for the team and provide guidance and support to team members
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members based on their skills and capabilities
- Monitor and track team progress, providing regular updates to management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer feedback for improvement
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and professional growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in Denmark without requiring visa sponsorship
