Commercial Architect


We are a leading architectural firm based in Kolding, looking for a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their budget and timeline requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their project requirements
- Create detailed drawings and plans for commercial buildings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an architect, preferably with a focus on commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Good project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
