Concierge for High-End Hotel in Vejle


We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Vejle. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, anticipating their needs and fulfilling any requests they may have. This is a contract position with the possibility to extend or become permanent.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, etc.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Concierge in a high-end hotel or similar establishment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of local area attractions, events, and transportation options
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: $1700/month

Location: Vejle, Denmark (own visa required)
