Temporary Concierge for a Boutique Hotel in Vejle

We are currently seeking a Temporary Concierge to join our team at a boutique hotel in Vejle. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a temporary position suitable for someone without prior experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the area
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
