The Welder will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and repairing metal components and structures according to specifications. This individual must have a strong understanding of welding techniques and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and instructions to determine project requirements
- Set up welding equipment in accordance with specifications
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment as needed
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in welding preferred but not required
- Knowledge of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that may require working overtime or on weekends as needed. The Welder will primarily work in an indoor workshop setting but may occasionally need to work outdoors. Personal protective equipment will be provided.
