Crane Operator



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites. Your main objective will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the crane to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret blueprints or instructions to determine the appropriate crane setup and placement
- Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure safe working condition
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes as needed
- Communicate with other team members on the ground using hand signals or radio communication
- Lift and move heavy materials according to project requirements while maintaining proper balance and stability
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines at all times
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including materials lifted, distances moved, and any incidents or accidents that may occur

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; technical vocational training is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience operating various types of cranes in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator certification from a recognized institution
- Strong understanding of crane mechanics and able to troubleshoot minor issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Danish is an asset)
- Must have own accommodation in Herning or willing to relocate

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
