Data Analyst


A data analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends. They use various statistical methods to interpret the data and provide insights to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting and organizing large sets of data from various sources
- Analyzing data using statistical methods to identify patterns and trends
- Creating visualizations and reports to present findings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems
- Continuously monitoring data quality and identifying areas for improvement
- Communicating findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Attention to detail and accuracy in working with large datasets
- Effective communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Location: This is a full-time position located in Faroe Islands.

Salary: The salary for this position starts at $1500 per month but may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
