Crane Operator

Location: Aarhus, Denmark


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects on construction sites or other work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including tower, mobile, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret lift plans and safety procedures
- Perform pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Inspect rigging equipment and ensure proper set up for each lift
- Lift and move heavy objects according to instructions from ground crew or site supervisor
- Monitor weather conditions and make adjustments as needed for safe crane operation
- Maintain accurate records of lifts and submit reports as required
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid crane operator certification from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting
- Familiarity with different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret lift plans
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong understanding of safety procedures
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per week.
