Job Title: Land Surveyor in Kolding, Denmark


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating accurate measurements of land and buildings for various construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Conduct research on land records and historical data to determine property boundaries and rights-of-way
- Prepare legal descriptions of surveyed areas for property deeds
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D
- Proficiency in using total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
