Land Surveyor
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Kolding. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, creating accurate maps and plans, and providing data to support construction projects. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1500$. We welcome candidates without experience and offer accommodation. Own visa jobs are also available. This position is open to all genders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect data on properties, including measurements, boundaries, and topographical features
- Analyze survey data to produce accurate maps and plans for construction projects
- Maintain records of survey data and prepare reports for clients
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role is an asset but not required
- Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
