Entry-Level Barista



We are searching for an enthusiastic and hard-working Entry-Level Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Fonvieille. As an Entry-Level Barista, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills while working alongside experienced baristas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods
- Attend training sessions to improve your barista skills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude
