As a Merchandiser in Monte Carlo, Monaco, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies that align with company objectives. Your role will involve researching market trends and customer preferences to ensure that our products are positioned for success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising strategies in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends
- Analyze sales data to optimize product placement and pricing
- Create attractive product displays that align with brand image
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and provide insights

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Proven track record of developing successful merchandising strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing displays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (French language skills would be an asset)

Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)
