We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our publishing team in Faroe-Islands. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for printed or digital publications. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Format and arrange text and images for books, magazines, newspapers, and other publications using specialized software
- Ensure consistency in font styles, sizes, and layout throughout the publication
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure the final product meets client expectations
- Proofread final layouts to detect any errors in spelling or grammar
- Prepare files for printing or digital publishing platforms

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in typesetting is a plus
- Proven experience as a typesetter or similar role
- Proficient in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
