We are a fast-growing solar energy company based in Moscow, seeking an experienced Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a strong background in solar panel installation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair solar panels on residential and commercial properties
- Perform site assessments to determine the most efficient placement and angle for solar panels
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing solar panel systems
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and regulations
- Mentor and train junior installers as needed
- Keep accurate records of time, materials, and work completed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar panel installation
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Familiarity with different types of solar panels and inverters
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid driver's license

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. This position does not include accommodation, so preference will be given to candidates already residing in Moscow.
