Sales Manager


We are currently hiring a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bansko. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and promote growth for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. CRM software)
- Ability to travel for business purposes if required

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$. Accommodation will also be provided for foreign candidates.
