PHP Developer



We are in need of a skilled PHP Developer to join our team in Svalbard. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining web applications, as well as a strong understanding of PHP frameworks and databases. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new features
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure proper functionality and performance
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our products
- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a PHP Developer
- Strong understanding of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony) and databases (MySQL)
- Experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other programming languages (Java, Python)
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Prior experience working in an international or multicultural environment
