Position: Excavator Mechanic
Location: Guyana
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and experienced Excavator Mechanics to join our team in Guyana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of excavators and other heavy construction equipment to ensure maximum performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine faults in excavators.
Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing.
Repair and replace faulty components, including hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, and undercarriage parts.
Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to troubleshoot equipment.
Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
Assist in maintaining workshop cleanliness and organization.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Excavator Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and heavy machinery.
Ability to read technical manuals and use diagnostic equipment.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Guyana.

Salary & Benefits 

Candidates with less than 10 years of experience:
USD 800 per month + Overtime

Candidates with 10 years or more of experience:
USD 1,000 per month + Overtime
