Radio Technician - Siauliai, Lithuania



We are a leading radio broadcasting company in Siauliai, Lithuania looking for a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all radio equipment and systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with radio equipment and systems
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on radios, transmitters, receivers, antennas, and other related equipment
- Install new radio equipment as needed
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and order replacements when necessary
- Test new equipment before it goes live on air
- Monitor broadcast quality and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radio technology and recommend upgrades or improvements to existing systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certificate preferred
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of radio broadcasting principles, equipment, and systems
- Familiarity with audio editing software is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Physically fit to climb towers or work in confined spaces if needed
