Part-Time Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural design principles. They will also possess excellent technical skills in AutoCAD and Revit, as well as experience with 3D modeling software. This position is based in the beautiful city of Bergen, Norway.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of drawings and specifications for various architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design solutions
- Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration tasks
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other software to produce accurate and detailed drawings
- Create 3D models for presentations and client meetings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines
