As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction process of various architectural projects. Your main responsibility will be to analyze and interpret architectural designs and technical drawings to ensure their accuracy and feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop detailed technical drawings for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the potential impact of proposed designs on existing structures
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate 2D and 3D models of buildings and structures
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Research new materials, methods, and technologies to improve the efficiency and sustainability of construction projects
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor required for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
