Experienced Barista in Monte-Carlo

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. Your role will also involve maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding high standards of quality.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and latte art.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customers' preferences.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area at all times.
- Maintain inventory levels and inform management when supplies need to be ordered.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers with a smile, taking orders, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food products.
- Participate in training programs for continuous improvement.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs).
