Skilled Carpenter


Our company is seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team in Ajman. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood or other materials. You will work on a variety of projects, from building furniture to installing cabinets and framing walls.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials needed and the layout of the project
- Measure, cut, shape, and join materials according to the project requirements
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, trim, and hardware
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools or power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project deadlines are met
- Adhere to all safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, routers, etc.
- Knowledge of different types of wood and their uses
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail with good manual dexterity
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
Although not required, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be given preference:
- Experience working with different types of wood finishes (e.g. staining)
- Ability to operate CNC machines for precision cutting
- Valid driver's license

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Working hours are typically 40 hours per week but may vary depending on project deadlines. Our company also offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
