Indian Restaurant Manager - Ar Rumaythiyah



We are looking for a highly skilled Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an integral member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Manage and train staff on all aspects of restaurant operations
- Create employee schedules and monitor labor costs
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Enforce health and safety standards in the restaurant at all times
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop new menu items and promotions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is essential
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems)
- Proven track record of managing financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with bonuses based on performance. This is a contract job without accommodation provided.
