Biometric Project Manager

As a Biometric Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and monitoring of biometric projects in the city of Alta. Your main task will be to ensure the successful implementation of biometric technology, specifically biometric passports, within set timelines and budgets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables. Your strong leadership skills will be vital in motivating and managing project team members to achieve project goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing projects related to biometrics, as well as knowledge of biometric technologies and regulations. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is essential for this role.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Experience in managing projects related to biometrics is a must
- In-depth knowledge of biometric technologies such as facial recognition, fingerprint scanning, etc.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards surrounding biometrics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Alta, Norway (Norwegian nationality preferred)
