Project Manager (with Accommodation) - Alta, Norway


We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from start to finish. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to effectively manage project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate with project teams to assign tasks and delegate responsibilities
- Communicate project updates, changes, and issues to stakeholders
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans as needed
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish within budget constraints
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet

In addition to a competitive salary of 1400$, we also offer accommodation for this position. This includes a private room with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. We also provide transportation for work-related travel.
