Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. This includes creating detailed construction plans, selecting appropriate materials and finishes, and overseeing the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications. You will work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed plans for industrial buildings and structures, considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and safety
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project, taking into account cost, durability, and environmental impact
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems into the design
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure that designs meet their requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in order to incorporate new techniques into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Location: Alta (or preference for candidates willing to relocate)

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable depending on experience)

Contract job with possibility of extension
