Indian Chef


We are seeking a skilled Indian Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Mecca. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional Indian dishes with a modern twist. You should have experience in both traditional and modern Indian cuisine, as well as a strong understanding of flavor profiles and spice combinations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus featuring traditional and modern Indian dishes
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Indian Chef
- Extensive knowledge of traditional and modern Indian cuisine
- Strong understanding of flavor profiles, spices, and herbs used in Indian cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Fluent in English

Salary: 1100$ per month
