We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Dickirch. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a full-time position, with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online platforms such as chat, email, and social media to provide product information, resolve inquiries, and address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients.
- Keep track of customer interactions and ensure all inquiries are handled in a timely manner.
- Provide support to clients regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective communication with clients.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Preferably Egyptian or foreigner with English speaking skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required.
- Must be able to work full-time from our office in Dickirch.
