Architectural Technologist - Wiltz, Luxembourg



As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and technical aspects of various architectural projects. Working closely with architects and engineers, you will use your expertise to create detailed drawings and plans, as well as conduct site visits and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and technical solutions
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer software
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and specifications for projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as required
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg (accommodation provided if needed)
