Online Consultant (Part-Time)
As an Online Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and support to customers through online channels. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing product recommendations, and resolving any issues they may have. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or video call
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
- Resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Keep updated on product knowledge and market trends
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient in using online communication tools (email, chat, video call)
- Knowledge of marketing principles is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
Location: Roskilde, Denmark
This position does not include accommodation.
