We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Vianden. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives. As a Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables are produced on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to increase team productivity and efficiency
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless delivery of projects

- Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in project management is preferred
