Teamlead - Project Management (Vianden, Luxembourg)

As a Teamlead in our Project Management department, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time. Your main duties will include overseeing project planning, delegating tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support to ensure project success. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships and communicating project updates.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record in project management. A background in the IT industry is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project managers to ensure successful completion of projects
- Oversee project planning and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to team members as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the duration of projects
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in project management or leadership roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
