Office Assistant
We are a busy office in Bungoma seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Assistant to join our team. This role is suitable for men with or without experience, as long as they have good communication skills in English. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, both in person and over the phone
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Order office supplies as needed
- Create and update records and databases
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary:
This position offers a monthly salary of $1400.
