Office Assistant
Our company is in search of a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bungoma. The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration and possess strong communication skills. This position offers a salary of $900 per month and does not require English language proficiency. We welcome candidates of Indian nationality, but this is not a strict requirement.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our office. This includes managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry. We are looking for someone with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. As this position does not include accommodation, we are seeking candidates who already reside in Bungoma or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
