Sales Representative


We are a leading company in the sales industry, currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Porto. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services using persuasive techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Keep track of sales data and regularly report progress to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities
- Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and sales skills through training workshops and seminars
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other events

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time without experience
- Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates
