We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing and training a team of housekeepers, ensuring that our guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures
- Manage the scheduling and performance of housekeeping staff
- Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service skills
- Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct room inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle guest complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain overall hotel cleanliness
- Create work schedules and monitor staff attendance
- Develop budgets for the housekeeping department

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a housekeeping management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
