Housekeeping Manager (Umm-Said, Qatar)


We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of our luxury hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervision of staff
- Ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained according to hotel standards
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and maintenance issues are addressed promptly
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for housekeeping tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of services for guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns relating to housekeeping services
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with high standards for cleanliness and maintenance
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills is an asset)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

This position is located in Umm-Said, Qatar.
