We are in search of a talented and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Mauren. It is essential that you have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong understanding of information technology systems and infrastructure
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement new technology strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity
- Maintain existing systems by troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and performing regular maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Monitor budgetary constraints to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Stay updated on industry advancements and trends to constantly improve company's technology capabilities

Salary:
1800$ per month
