We are currently seeking a Junior Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Osaka, Japan. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$. As a Junior Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's network and computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues
- Install and configure computer systems, hardware, and software
- Maintain network security through regular updates and patches
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
- Maintain inventory of network equipment and software licenses
- Create network documentation for future reference
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of the company's systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with Active Directory management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Additional Requirements:
This position is open to candidates without experience. However, preference will be given to those who have completed internships or have some practical experience in the field.
