Radio Technician


As a Radio Technician in Faroe-Islands, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing various types of radio equipment. Your main duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Radio Technician, preferably in the maritime industry. A strong understanding of radio technology and equipment is essential, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and in a team is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair radio equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on maintenance schedules or technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in radio technology and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Radio Technician, preferably in the maritime industry
- Strong understanding of radio technology and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
