As an experienced painter, you will be responsible for creating high-quality and visually appealing paintings in a variety of settings. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and removing old paint
- Mix paint to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed within the required timeframe
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in a professional setting
- Proficient in mixing colors and applying paint using various techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good physical stamina and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding as needed
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade certification or relevant vocational training in painting
- Experience with different types of paints (e.g. oil, acrylic)
- Knowledge of safety protocols for painting projects
- Experience working on commercial or industrial projects

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per week for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Alta, Norway. While accommodation is not provided, we are willing to provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
