Team Lead for Student Visa Processing in Aarhus, Denmark


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Aarhus, Denmark. As the Team Lead for Student Visa Processing, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of visa specialists and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of student visas for international students. Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of visa specialists to ensure timely and accurate processing of student visas
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex visa cases
- Monitor workload and assign tasks to team members accordingly
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are up-to-date on visa regulations and procedures
- Communicate with international students, universities, and government agencies regarding visa requirements and application status
- Stay informed on changes in visa regulations and update processes as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and approvals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. international relations, education)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in student visa processing
- Strong understanding of international student mobility trends
- Excellent knowledge of visa regulations for Denmark
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Ability to handle high volume workload while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills preferred but not required)
