Teamlead for Contract Position in Aarhus, Denmark


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Teamlead to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark on a contract basis. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results within the given deadlines. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to team members, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring overall team productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals to deliver results according to project requirements
- Develop project plans, timelines and allocate resources effectively
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Ensure quality control standards are met by the team's work
- Identify risks and provide solutions to mitigate them
- Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to relevant parties
- Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, innovation, and growth

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and instructions to team members from diverse backgrounds
- Experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Knowledge of industry best practices in project management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in English (Danish proficiency is an advantage)
