We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals in achieving project objectives
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Create and implement strategies to increase team productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services
- Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary resources
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for professional development
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards within the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1800$ per month for this contract position.
