Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons in the construction and renovation of various structures. You will be based in Aalborg, Denmark and work on a part-time basis with a salary of 1300$.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Estimate materials and labor costs for projects
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment, ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason or in a supervisory role in construction
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Physical stamina to work on feet for long periods of time
- Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permit in Denmark
