Experienced Mason in Aalborg, Denmark


We are seeking an experienced Mason to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing walls, floors, chimneys, and other structures using materials such as brick, stone, and concrete blocks.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine the layout of structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using a ruler and pencil
- Mix mortar or grout according to standard formulas
- Lay out patterns or foundations according to plans
- Align structures vertically and horizontally using plumb bob and level
- Cut or saw bricks, blocks or tiles to required size using hand tools or machines
- Spread mortar over work area with trowel and apply brick to specified pattern or structure
- Remove excess mortar with trowels and hand tools, then finish joints with jointing tools for a smooth and even appearance
- Clean excess residue from surface of newly-laid brickwork

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Mason in construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints or drawings
- Physically fit to lift heavy materials
- Knowledge of mixing mortar according to standard formulas
- Biometric passport
- Willingness to relocate if necessary

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
