Part-Time Office Manager in Esbjerg, Denmark


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team. This position is part-time, offering flexible hours and a competitive salary of 1000$.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting
- Maintain employee records and handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding and offboarding
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Must have a biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one for international travel purposes
