Online Consultant for Indian Market in Ufa

As an online consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers from the Indian market who are seeking our products or services. This is a full-time position based in Ufa, Russia.

Your main role will be to communicate with customers through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will need to have a good understanding of the Indian market and be able to provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products or services. Fluency in English is not required, but it would be an advantage.

We are looking for a candidate who is independent, proactive, and has strong problem-solving skills. You should also have excellent communication and customer service skills as you will be the first point of contact for our Indian customers.

This position does not require previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for beginners or non-native speakers. However, candidates with previous experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.

As this is a full-time job, you will need to have the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. The working hours will be from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position with opportunities for growth within the company. Please note that accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Ufa.
