Job Title: Online Consultant



As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide timely and accurate assistance to clients. You will be working remotely from Ufa, providing services to clients from all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing solutions through online channels such as email, chat, or social media
- Assisting clients with product or service information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while addressing client needs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication
- Staying updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Familiarity with online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
