Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, making payments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
- Providing technical support for our online platform and troubleshooting any problems that may arise.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring all interactions with customers are friendly, efficient, and helpful.
- Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian language (English proficiency is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of online platforms and e-commerce is an asset.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. As an international company, we welcome candidates from all nationalities. No English language skills are required for this job. However, proficiency in English will be considered an advantage.
